ZINES
I founded Baby BEEF independent art press in 2006 with artist Andrea Byrne. Baby BEEF is an independent publisher of artist books and zines. Baby BEEF has exhibited extensively at various zine, artist book and publishing fairs around the world (see full list below images). Most of Baby BEEF’s publications are archived in the National Irish Visual Arts Library (NIVAL) at the National College of Art & Design. Our publications are also in The Forgotten Zine Archive, Limerick College of Art & Design, Temple Bar Gallery & Studios and in the Zine Library at Crate Studio & Project Space, Kent, UK. Baby BEEF is on the Contemporary Irish Literature Course in UCD, in the final year English module, as part of a lecture series on “The Zine”. In 2011 I founded the Dublin Zine Fair to promote and celebrate zines and independent publications. You can view a full catalogue of my publications and list of past/upcoming events below.
