Sarah Bracken Soper is an artist, designer, educator and activist based in Dublin, Ireland. She has a degree in fine art and a professional masters degree in art and design education from the National College of Art and Design.

She is a graphic design lecturer at Dublin Institute of Design and has taught art and design at post-primary level, with community groups, children and with those with additional learning needs. ​

In her art practice Sarah works in embroidery, print, animation, street art, zines and installations. Projects include Letterbox Dublin, an interactive street art project featured on Sky Atlantic show Urban Secrets with Alan Cummings. The project is also featured in guide book Secret Dublin and letters from the project were exhibited on billboards around Dublin city and at Science Gallery Dublin. Sarah has produced stop motion animations commissioned by clients such The Ark, children's art centre. Her latest animaton won Best Animated Short at L-Dub Film Festival 2019 in Florida, USA. Sarah's uses project Rad Totes & Pins to fundraise for causes she believes in such as Together for Yes and the World Wildlife Fund. In 2018 and 2020 her embroidered portraits were selected for exhibition at the National Gallery of Ireland, as part of the Zurich Portrait Prize.

Sarah ran Rosie's Rags, a small business selling embroidery kits to craft lovers around the world. She sold kits to 26 countries worldwide and racked up over a thousand sales before wrapping up to spend more time on other projects. During that time Sarah regularly wrote embroidery tutorials for UK's Sew Magazine and US magazine Craft Ideas.​
