STREET ART

I recently painted portraits of Oscar Wilde (Merrion Square) "Looking at the Stars" and Conor Mc Gregor (Sean Mac Dermott Street) "Out of the Ring and into the Jungle" as part of the Dublin Canvas Project. The murals have received great responses from the public. I also completed mural work for South Dublin County Council in Tymon Park's interpretive centre. I painted scenes, animals and plants native to the park.

Éirí is a street craft project where I combined my love of embroidery and street art, to create these pieces to brighten up the streets of Dublin. Éirí is Irish for 'rise', or 'to get up', an appropriate street art name as it captures the rebellious act of street art and references an old graffiti term -'getting up' which means to get your tag up in as many places as possible.
