I completed a sensory mural for St Joseph's School for the Blind and Visually Impaired. The mural is installed in a new sensory room within the school, it contains 5 textures and 5 sound buttons. It also has florescent areas that glow under UV light, children with cortical visual impairment are particularly attracted to bright lights and colours, this part of the mural is for them. The mural comes with laminated instructions (view these below the image gallery) that allow teachers and SNA's to guide students through a relaxing and fun experience. while interacting with the artwork.
